At You Stay every one of our rent back clients has the opportunity to buy back their property at any time. Not only that, but we offer it to you at less than its market value.

How it works

You let us know when you are ready to buy back your property and we will sell it back to you at 90% of the market value. This option is open to you at any time, it could be 6 months or 10 years after your rent back has started.

Your buy back option is guaranteed in writing, so you have the security of knowing that your buy back option is always legally available to you.
