for 1 year, 5 years or indefinitely, we can guarantee your rental
period.
At You Stay we are more than happy for you to
stay in your home as long as you want to, and will never ask you
to leave. We are a specialist Rent Back company, so we don’t
buy and sell property, we help people who need to sell their properties
and stay in their homes. The majority of our clients will stay living
in their properties indefinitely.
We want you to feel a level of security and comfort
not normally associated with being a tenant and feel an important
part of this is for you to have a written guarantee that you can
stay in the property for as long as you wish. We are happy to sign
any length tenancy agreement with you, and always give you the right
to renew at the end of each term.
How it Works
You tell your Specialist Rent Back Advisor the
period of time that you would like to stay in the property and we
will sign a Tenancy Agreement for that period. It is as simple as
that. No break clauses or tricks, just long term guaranteed tenancy
periods.
All our Tenancy Agreements also have the option
for you to renew the tenancy, so if you want to stay longer than
the initial guaranteed period you always have the option to extend
the tenancy. Again, simply tell us you want to stay, and we will
sign the agreement!
